To maintain fairness in "Persona5: The Phantom X" and prevent abnormal consumption behaviors (such as malicious refunds), if it is verified that a player has engaged in abnormal consumption, obtaining illegal Otherworld Prisms for in-game use, thereby disrupting game balance, and given that such actions violate legal norms, IWPLAY will uphold player rights and game fairness by taking the following measures against players who generate abnormal consumption behaviors:

1. Illegal Cognition Crystals will be deducted. If the number of Cognition Crystals in the account is less than the number of illegally obtained Cognition Crystals, the number of Cognition Crystals will be deducted to a negative number.
2. For malicious refunds of general gift packs, battle passes, or monthly cards, Otherworld Prisms will be deducted according to their corresponding value.
3. Upon verification of multiple instances of abnormal consumption, the player will be prohibited from logging into the game (permanent suspension).
4. Players involved in illegally obtaining Otherworld Prisms will face relevant legal responsibilities.
5. If Cognition Crystals are negative, Meta Jewels will also be unusable.

※Multiple refunds will affect the usage rights of functions related to Cognition Crystals for that character. If this occurs, please contact customer service personnel for assistance.
