A: Persona5: The Phantom X will officially begin its public beta on July 3, 2025, at 10 AM. Please wait patiently!

 

Q: How do I log in to the game?

A: You can log in using one of the following methods: Facebook account login, Google account login, Apple ID login, email login or guest login. PC users can also log in by scanning a QR code with their device.

 

Q: How do I download the game?

A: Pre-downloads for the game are expected to open on July 1, 2025, at 12 PM. At that time, you can pre-download the game from the dual-platform stores (Google Play , App Store). PC players can also visit the official website to download the installer and begin pre-downloading.

 

Q: Can users outside of Southeast Asia play the P5X SEA version?

A: The P5X SEA version is only available to players in selected Southeast Asian regions (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Indonesia).

If you are located in other regions such as Europe or North America, please head over to the P5X Global version for the full gameplay experience and localized support.

Q: How do I redeem a serial code in the game?

A:

Step 1: Download Persona5: The Phantom X from dual-platform stores or the official website.

Step 2: Enter the game and complete the mission "Prologue - Return Home" to unlock the "Redemption Code" function.

Step 3: Click the "Redemption Code" button in the menu interface.

Step 4: Enter the redemption code in the input box in the middle of the redemption interface and click confirm.

Step 5: After successful redemption, claim your rewards from the in-game mailbox.

Q: Where is the in-game [Mail]box?

A: In the menu, click [Mail]. (Complete the mission "Prologue - Return Home" to unlock the "Redemption Code" function).
