First of all, the operations team would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by an error in two recent reward mails, which resulted in delayed reward distribution for some players.

We would also like to explain that, due to differences in the operational status of P5X across regions, the issues encountered may vary, and therefore compensation rewards may also differ accordingly.

Regarding the widely discussed compensation of 1500 Meta Jewels distributed in other regions, after discussions with the original developer, this reward will also be distributed to the SEA server. Going forward, we will continue to strive for fairness in rewards across all regions to provide a better gameplay experience for all Captains.
