We have some news regarding the latest Most Wanted Phantom Idol Contracts and Arms Deal, which boost the appearance rate of certain Phantom Thieves and weapons.

5★ Phantom Thief: Tropical Motoha (Code name: Closer) Makes a Comeback!
Tropical Motoha is a 5★ character with the Bless attribute and Sweeper role.
When using Skill 3, Surf 'n' Shine, she deals heavy damage to all enemies 
and enters the Summer Hype state, which increases her critical rate and damage dealt, 
and also causes her skills to deal additional damage.

When Tropical Motoha receives a healing effect, her damage dealt increases, 
and every 5 times she is healed, the cooldown of Skill 3: Surf 'n' Shine is removed.
Additionally, if Motoha's maximum HP exceeds a certain threshold, her attack power also increases.
Equipping the 5★ weapon Colorful Coast not only boosts Bless attribute damage, 
but also strengthens the Summer Hype state, further increasing critical damage and skill damage.
By pairing Tropical Motoha with allies who excel at HP recovery or increasing maximum HP, 
she can maintain the Summer Hype state more consistently and unleash her maximum firepower.
