We sincerely apologize for the error caused by our oversight. To address this issue, we are offering a refund to affected players. If you purchased the Monthly Series Sets based on the incorrect item quantities displayed, we will process a refund for your purchase.

We have confirmed that due to a system issue, some of the Monthly Series Sets contained incorrect item quantities. This issue has now been fixed.

We will be recalling the incorrect amounts of Platinum Tickets and Platinum Milicoins (excluding Marthym's Stamps). For players who purchased these sets before this announcement, we will prepare 100 Metal Jewels per set purchased as compensation. Please refer to the following list for the correct item quantities.

 

・ Monthly Platinum Set II-I: Platinum Tickets x5, Marthym's Stamps x114

・ Monthly Platinum Set III-I: Platinum Tickets x15, Marthym's Stamps x360

・ Monthly Milicoin Set II-I: Platinum Milicoinx5, Marthym's Stamps x72

Incorrect amounts of Platinum Tickets and Platinum Milicoins have been recalled.

After the recall, if your item values appear as negative, a display error may occur when using Cognition Crystals or Meta Jewels for drawing. The amount of Cognition Crystals or Meta Jewels used is correct. This is only a display issue and does not affect your actual Cognition Crystals or Meta Jewels.

*To draw using Cognition Crystals or Meta Jewels, you must have at least “the absolute value of the negative Platinum Tickets/Milicoins amount +1 draw” worth of Cognition Crystals or Meta Jewels.

*If you would like to use Cognition Crystals or Meta Jewels to clear the negative values, please contact Customer Service.
