We have some news regarding the latest Most Wanted Phantom Idol Contracts and Arms Deal, which boost the appearance rate of certain Phantom Thieves and weapons.

 

Starting with this round of Most Wanted Phantom Idol Contracts, a new drawing method will be added.

The new Targeted drawing system will be offered in addition to our current Chance drawing system.

In Targeted, the number of draws required to guarantee a 5★ character is higher, and the 5★ Contract Rate is lower than in Chance. However, in Targeted, all 5★ characters will be from the featured Most Wanted Phantom Thieves.

If you draw Targeted 165 times, you will receive an additional reward: A 5★ Phantom Thief Chance 01.

This is an item that lets you obtain one random 5★ Phantom Thief from those available in Phantom Idol Draft X.

In addition, the text displayed in Most Wanted Phantom Idol Contracts and Arms Deals has been changed to reflect the addition of this new drawing method.

■Meet the 5★ Phantom Thief: Kira Kitazato (Code name: Messa)!

Kira Kitazato is a 5★ Physical Assassin.

He inflicts Bleed stacks on his targets to deal damage each turn.

 

He has two modes: Doctor and Ripper.

In Doctor mode, he can inflict Bleed stacks by dealing damage with skills.

This damage can be further increased by raising his ailment accuracy.

In Ripper mode, Kitazato spends foes' Bleed stacks to deal heavy damage.

 

When equipped with his 5★ weapon, Bloodletter, the damage dealt from both Kitazato and Bleed greatly increases.

For a successful operation, pair Kitazato up with allies who can grant him ailment accuracy buffs, accumulate Bleed stacks in his Doctor mode,

and switch to Ripper mode to deal devastating damage to foes with high HP.
